Launching in 2025, Loxton Walk is a new 28,500 sq ft retail and leisure destination in Marylebone by The Portman Estate and Derwent London. Featuring 17 ground-floor units and a central open-air courtyard, it forms part of a wider mixed-use scheme with 218,000 sq ft of offices.

London’s Michelin star count rises with 15 new awards including a three star in 2024
Michelin three stars were awarded to the Ledbury in Notting Hill, and two stars to Gymkhana in Mayfair, Brooklands in the Peninsula Hotel, Belgravia and Trivet in SE1. One star has been awarded to nine restaurants in W1 and one in W11.
Streetwear brand Aries opens first London store in Soho
Aries, the streetwear brand, has opened its first London store in Soho, a 4,000 sq ft, two-floor space on Great Pulteney Street, W1, featuring Parisian coffee shop Paperboy. The brand produces 90% of its products in Italy through long-term manufacturing partnerships.
