Former South Bank ITV studios to be redeveloped
The £500m redevelopment of the former ITV studios on London’s South Bank will feature a 25-storey tower, two mid-rise buildings, 40,000 sq ft of affordable workspace, cultural venues, two public squares, and a rooftop restaurant. Mitsubishi Estate and CO-RE are leading the project, with Multiplex appointed as main contractor. Completion is due in 2029.
Stroudley Walk, Bromley-by-Bow regeneration to deliver 274 new homes and part-pedestrian street
Stroudley Walk will see 274 new homes, including 115 for London Affordable Rent and shared ownership, plus a park, shops, a community café, and a part-pedestrian street. Construction is underway, with completion expected in Winter 2025.
Gail’s, Crate, and 17&Central bring new openings to Walthamstow

The Park at the centre of Elephant & Castle’s regeneration
The Park is a 2-acre oasis at the centre of the £2.3bn Elephant Park regeneration of Elephant & Castle. Designed by Gillespies, it features expansive lawns, rain gardens, and winding paths, anchored by Elephant Springs and the Tree House pavilion with treetop views.
Vision of Brent Cross Town, one of the UK’s largest new developments
The 180-acre, £5bn Brent Cross Town project is to be a new ‘park town’ incorporating 50 acres of parks, 6,700 new homes, and 3 million sq ft of office space. The project by Related Argent and Barnet Council will include shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and a new station linking to central London in 12 minutes.
