Brent Council has approved a £10.5m investment to revamp Neasden Town Centre with more green spaces, a rejuvenated high street, and The Lighthouse, a community pavilion. Funding includes £3.1m from the Mayor of London and £7.4m from Brent Council.

Brent Cross West, London’s first new mainline station in over a decade, connects Brent Cross to central London in 12 minutes. It serves Brent Cross Town, a 180-acre net zero development with 6,700 homes, offices and new public spaces.

The 180-acre, £5bn Brent Cross Town project is to be a new ‘park town’ incorporating 50 acres of parks, 6,700 new homes, and 3 million sq ft of office space. The project by Related Argent and Barnet Council will include shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and a new station linking to central London in 12 minutes.
